Hearts have been eliminated from the Champions League after a 2-0 home defeat to Sturm Graz, resulting in a 6-0 aggregate loss. The Edinburgh side, who were trailing 4-0 from the first leg in Austria, were unable to mount a comeback at Tynecastle.

Despite the early season challenges, Vrancken remains optimistic, stating, “We have to take the results and go into games like we did today, but hopefully finish it.”
